If your business could not operate tomorrow, would everyone know what to do? Meet Kyron: business continuity planning, one clear step at a time.

Start with a few questions about your organisation. Then work through a guided planning journey, from understanding what matters to preparing your response.

Instead of facing a blank document, answer focused questions in your own words. Here, we are using Riverside Services, a fictional business.

Need a little help? Ask Kyron explains each entry and offers examples. It uses built-in guidance. You remain in control of your answers.

Bow-tie analysis connects threats, preventive controls, consequences and recovery measures. This example explores losing access to a customer support system. Your team must review and test its own arrangements.

Bring your work together in a plan preview, check unfinished entries, and print or save a PDF. Keep a separate backup so you can restore your editable plan.

Your plans stay on your computer. One purchase for this major version. No subscription. Explore the free walkthrough at Kyron B C P dot com, and see how your planning could take shape.

FROM GOOD INTENTIONS TO PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

A plan your people
can put to work.

Kyron guides you through the decisions behind a continuity plan, with space to record what you know and what still needs confirming.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Start with your organisation.

Set the scope, identify critical activities and consider how disruption affects them over time.

02 / PREPARE

Connect threats to action.

Use bow-tie analysis to describe preventive controls, consequences and recovery measures. Give actions an owner.

03 / KEEP READY

Build, review, rehearse.

Bring response instructions together, record exercises and improvements, and export a plan for review.

MEET YOUR PLANNING HELPER

A useful nudge.
Just when you need one.

Ask Kyron explains each guided entry, helps arrange your notes and offers basic checks. You decide what goes into your plan.

The current helper uses built-in guidance. It does not send your answers to an AI service or verify their accuracy.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you begin.

Can I use it on my computer or phone?

This website works in a modern browser. The downloadable app requires an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later) with macOS 13 or later. Intel Macs, phones and Windows are not supported by this download.

Where will my information be saved?

The desktop edition stores plans on your computer. You will be responsible for keeping backup copies. This sample walkthrough does not collect your planning information.

Can I use it during an outage?

The desktop edition is designed for offline planning after purchase and local licence activation. Keep an accessible exported response plan and backups as part of your own arrangements.

Does it certify my plan?

No. Kyron supports your planning and review. Its roadmap uses BCI GPG 2018 and selected supporting guidance; it is an independent tool, not an endorsement or certification. Your organisation must confirm applicable requirements and exercise its arrangements.

When can I buy the desktop app?

The Mac edition is available now. Pay through the secure checkout, then save the download and licence key from your purchase confirmation page. Windows and consultant editions remain in preparation.
